The use of a fully enclosed black box, 100% isolation of ambient light interference, completely eliminate the streaks of light scattered in the glass culture dish, the halo phenomenon, providing the necessary light and shadow conditions for accurate colony counting.
Lighting system
Visible light uses 3-color LED to simulate natural light, and the upper light source has a 360-degree shadowless illumination function, providing omnidirectional, stereoscopic and clear imaging effects for colony imaging. The lower light source adopts a suspended dark field device, which places the culture dish in a space suspension state, and uses the light refraction and reflection to form a spatial stereoscopic image of the colony, thereby realizing the perspective and high-definition observation of the microcolon.

Rapid colony statistics:

Multi-color bacteria automatic superimposition counting: the color of the target colony is extracted by the color pen, and all the same color colonies in the selected area can be automatically segmented. The algorithm is suitable for the rapid statistics of the designated color colonies.
