Steps
1. Wipe the probe and probe rod of the visual insemination gun with an alcohol cotton ball, prepare the positioning packet and insemination needle, and ensure that the airbag at the front end of the jacket is in a vacuum state.
2. When the dog is in a standing position, insert the positioning outer sleeveobliquely upward into the cervical opening until it feels resistance, and then continue to insert it into the uterine opening in a direction parallel to the ground.
3. When the dog is in an inverted orsemi inverted state, inflate the position-ing coat. The filling of external small airsac shall prevail. Insert the visual in-semination gun, and the folds of the uterineorifice can be seen on the screen.
4. Insert the insemination needle from the rear end of the visual inseminationgun and observe the change in the display. You can fine-tune the direction to make the insemination needle enter about 4cm from the folded gap of the uter-ine mouth.
5. Connect the syringe containing semen, inseminate slowly, and push thesemen inside the final insemination needle with no more than 1.5ml gas. Pull out the insemination needle andwithdraw the visual insemination gun.
6. Evacuate the gas of the positioningjacket and pull out the jacket. Standupside down for a few minutes to complete the insemination.
