Product Description

Innovative DLP Dental 3D Printing Machine

CHN-DA2

CHN-DA2 is more than a dental 3D printer
To drive your practice and lab business, you need digital solutions to increase productivity.
CHN-DA2 solutions can provide a wide range of applications
for customers and create high quality and consistent dental results.

DLP® Technology

CHN-DA2 3D printer uses DLP® Technology from Texas Instruments. Combined with high power UV-LED light source, CHN-DA2 is able to print excellent quality layer by layer.

CHN-DA2 3D printer's pixel resolution is 58μm,which is much higher than laser spot (SLA®). Generally, SLA® laser spot's diameter is between 120 microns and 300 microns. Obviously, CHN-DA2 has a big accuracy advantage over SLA® machines.

Adopted industrial DLP® technology, CHN-DA2 3D printer has an excellent imaging performance. DLP®’s distortion rate of the same kind is generally around 0.8%. CHN-DA2's lens performance is eight times higher than them, whose distortion rate is less than 0.1%.

UV-LED LIGHT SOURCE

CHN-DA2 3D printer is based on a solid state UV-LED light source. Its extraordinary power stability and performance leads to an accurate, repeatable and fast printing process. Using a UV radiation source allows us to support a broader range of high performance materials with superior optical and mechanical properties.
