How to evaluate the detection performance of blood culture bottles?
The larger the change of the fluorescence signal amplitude of the positive bottle, the less the leakage detection caused by the bacteria with less CO2 production, and the smaller the change of the fluorescence signal of the blood-negative bottle, which can reduce the false positive caused by cell metabolism.
