CHL-Gene series

CHL-Gene series automated nucleic acid extraction and PCR system includes three models: Gene 1, Gene 2 and Gene 4, which can handle 1, 2 and 4 samples at the same time. Various models can be freely combined, and up to 16 samples can be extracted and tested at the same time.

The instrument includes 4 fuorescence detection channels, which can achieve multiple detection projects of one sample at the same time, and strict self-checking mechanism ensures the accuracy of the results.

Inaddition, instrument innovatively adds aquantitative detection function, which can freely select the output qualitative or quantitative detection results according to actual needs.

The instrument is small and fexible with 10.5-inch touch screen. Equipped with intuitive interface and stable operation software, it's an ideal choice for on-site fast detection!

Features

•Closed Detection

Disposable independent card box design, each sample corresponds to an independent card box, which avoids contamination between samples, and excellent sealing avoids pollution caused by aerosol leakage.

•Automatic Detection

Adopting reagent freeze-drying technology, reagent card box completes the pre-packaged nucleic acid extraction reagent and PCR reaction reagent before leaving the factory, without manual addition. The operator only needs to manually add samples and magnetic beads and the manual operation time is ≤ 2 min, truly realizing "samples in, results out".

•Multi-Channel Detection

Each sample has 4 channels for detection. The excitation-emission wavelengths are 470-510 nm, 530-565 nm, 585-620 nm and 630-665 nm, respectively. Multiple detection items can be detected simultaneously.

•Intuitive Software

Visualized interface and user authorization management. The administrator has the highest authority.

•Open and Compatible

Gene series automated nucleic acid extraction and PCR system has good adaptability and high software openness. Adopting open software design, which can be adapted to all kinds of magnetic bead extraction and detection kits on the market.

•Multiple Detection Types

According to customer needs, three PCR types are available: qualitative, quantitative, and SNP. The quantitative results are directly obtained by the nucleic acid copy number according to the built -in standard curve to achieve precise detection of the samples.

•Flexible Throughput

The instrument is small and portable. Customers can choose different throughput instruments according to the needs, and each throughput operates independently without affecting each other, which can be expandable.
