The platform is a rapid testing system for patients on blood thinners including warfarin (Coumadin®), undergoing coagulant therapy. The system is composed of a handheld iLab with wireless data transfer and disposable testing strips. The iLab  product family also includes the iLab02, designed for easy data uploads and barcode printing through docking with the iLab03.

A PT/INR test helps ensure the effectiveness of the anticoagulant drug warfarin (Coumadin®) and that prothrombin time and internationally normalized ratio is appropriately prolonged. 

The iLab PT/INR test is an easy-to-use finger-stick blood test, designed for professional or home use, that provides highly accurate results within 2 minutes. The dry reagent strips can be stored at room temperature for immediate use for up to 18 months, with no equilibration required.
